Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maverick Garage Doors website and the services we provide. By accessing this site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide residential and commercial garage door repair, installation, and related services. All service requests are subject to availability, scheduling, and on-site assessment. Quotes provided before an in-person inspection are estimates and may be adjusted once a technician evaluates the work.

Appointments

• Requesting service by phone or through our contact form does not guarantee a specific time until we confirm your appointment.
• Please provide accurate contact and address information so we can reach you and confirm the details of your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible.

Pricing & payment

We provide upfront pricing and obtain your approval before performing work. Final pricing depends on the parts and labor required. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service and by the parts installed, and will be communicated at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to certain products as provided by their makers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maverick Garage Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Website use

Governing law
