A broken spring with the car trapped inside is the most common urgent call we get. Phone your nearest location during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, tell us the door size and what you heard, and the location will move the repair to the front of its schedule. If the door is off its tracks or jammed part-way, leave it alone until the technician arrives. A loaded spring is not a do-it-yourself problem.
